My stay was exceptional, with breathtaking views of the Jura Mountains from my room. I particularly enjoyed the gourmet meals at the Shamwari Restaurant, where each dish was beautifully crafted and delicious. The indoor pool and spa facilities provided a perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of exploring. One downside was the initial mix-up with charges that left me a bit uneasy, even though it was resolved.

I had a decent 4-night stay with my family at Jiva Hill Resort. The scenic views of the Alps from our room created a lovely backdrop for our relaxing time. We appreciated the spacious and clean room, especially the terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee. there were some concerns. The lack of nearby attractions made the place feel isolated. Without a car, getting around proved challenging. Unfortunately, we noticed some cleanliness issues like spiderwebs in certain areas, which detracted from the luxury experience I expected. A concerning incident occurred when a staff member accidentally entered our room while we were sleeping, raising worries about privacy. The language barrier with some staff made communication a bit tricky at times. breakfast was fantastic, offering a good variety, and we loved the option of room service for a cozy start to our days.

My wife says that the lack of nearby activities was a letdown.
